Virtual commissioning of robotized workplace for cold spraying

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá virtuálnym sprevádzkovaním robotizovaného pracoviska pre studený nástrek. Teoretická časť práce obsahuje prehľad súčasného stavu poznania v oblasti virtuálneho uvedenia do prevádzky, teórie tvorby užívateľských prostredí HMI, zaoberá sa princípmi programovacieho jazyka Rapid ako nástrojom pre ovládanie priemyselných robotov a analýzou komponentov robotizovaného pracoviska. V praktickej časti je definovaná štruktúra navrhnutého užívateľského programu a užívateľského prostredia, ktoré sú vytvorené pomocou softvérových nástrojov Robotstudio a Screenmaker. Posledná časť podrobne rozoberá kroky počas implementovania vytvoreného programu spolu s HMI do prevádzky spojeného s testovaním funkcionalít na reálnom zariadení pre studený nástrek. Súčasťou diplomovej práce je tiež užívateľský manuál vytvorený pre obsluhu priemyselného robota.The diploma thesis deals with the virtual commissioning of robotized workplace for cold spraying. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an overview of the current state of knowledge in the field of virtual commissioning, the theory of crating HMI user environments, deals principles of the Rapid programming language as a tool for controlling industrial robots and analysis of robotic workplace components. The practical part defines the structure of the proposed user program and user environment, which are created using software tools Robotstudio and Screenmaker. The last part discusses in detail the steps during the implementation of the created program together with the HMI into commission, which is associated with the testing of functionalities on a real device for cold spraying. The diploma thesis also includes a user manual created for operating an industrial robot.

The first part discusses the importance of safety in industry and the essence of safety standards. The second part deals with the division of types of safety sensors, their functional principles, advantages and usage. The final section contains a list of important companies behind the development and production of safety sensors

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je oboznámenie sa s problematikou bezpečnosti v automatizácii a využitím bezpečnostných senzorov, ktoré sa v súčasnosti nachádzajú na trhu. V prvej časti je rozoberaná dôležitosť bezpečnosti v priemysle a podstata bezpečnostných noriem. Druhá časť sa zaoberá rozdelením typov bezpečnostných senzorov, ich funkčnými princípmi, výhodami a využitím.
